So I totally cheated. I was really bad about recording my workout for the rest of the Summer, so here's kind of a summary of what I did with some pics of my erg screens. The plan is not exact and some things were probably changed when we actually did the workouts. Also the dates on the erg screen might be messed up because I may have taken some photos the day after doing the workout.

I rowed with Julia a decent amount in the 2x this week. We had some rough beginnings but drastically improved over just a few practices. AND I was put in stroke which was weird for the both of us, but it ended up working really well. Since last summer, I've thought of myself as a bow girl, but that might be changing. Here's a video of one of our starts on Thursday. I'm stroke of the Empacher. On Saturday, we did some shorter pieces to help us prep for racing. It gave us an opportunity to test out different strategies for different parts of the race. Here's some footage from the last 1250m piece we did. |
